Birthday Parties!

Theatre of The Imagination provides unique creative theater experiences for all ages throughout the summer. Our classes have an average student/teacher ratio of 15:1 or less, making sure your child never feels left out. Ever camp performs new shows so come for one session, a few sessions, or come for the entire summer!

For 2009 we lowered our prices 20%. Half day is now only $77.50/week, and that's not including discounts! (see more about discounts below)

Our camps are located inside of Beth Torah, 6100 W. 127th, (just west of Nall). We offer five, two-week camps, back to back, June 1-Aug 7, and a one week camp Aug. 10-14.

Classes are offered in both a morning session, 10am-12:30pm and/or an afternoon session, 2-4:30pm. Before & after care is available from 8am-6pm. You can choose just mornings, just afternoons, or morning + afternoon and stay through lunch. You can pick before/after care only on the days you need or for an entire camp.

Price run as follows:

$77.50/week for one class (either morn or aft)
$132.50/week for two classes (morn + aft)
$147.50/week for All Day, (8am-6pm)

***We take partials. So if there are only certain days/times you need, no problem! We will pro-rate you so you only pay for what you use.

***Say you enroll for 3 camps, (six weeks), for All Day, (8am-6pm) before 5/22. That's only $112 per week!

***Or, do the same for half day, (10am-12:30pm or 2pm-4:30pm). Now it's only $59 per week! With our discounts you'll be paying about $2 per hour for the best drama camp in town! And if you have more than one child, take 10% off additional students.

About our Summer Camps

***In our classes there are no auditions. Everyone gets an equal-sized part written just for them. All costumes are free and our shows are free, no tickets! Here is a run down on our classes:

***Acting, Pre K-6th: Kids play drama games and get a fun part in a play. We offer two different shows each camp for kids to choose from. They can be in either show offered. In each camp one show tends to be more boy-ish, (superhero plays, space warrior plays, ect…), and one tends to be more girl-ish, (pop star diva plays).

Acting, 4th-10th: Great class for the older kids. They get to do bigger shows with crazy characters and more lines.

Act/Sing/Dance, 4th-10th: Same at the Acting class, just add music! These are original musicals where everyone gets a great part. (And don't worry, if kids really don't want to sing and dance we won't make them!)

Singing and Dancing: Basically a diva dance class. Kids learn lots of fun song and dance routines. Though we do get some boys, this class is extremely popular with the little girls!

Movie Star Acting: Very popular with boys and girls, young and older. Kids get to make their own movies every day, and every day they watch what they've filmed. At the end of camp everyone gets a free dvd.

Hop on Pop: Another dance class where we introduce different types of music. We've done cheerleader routines, salsa and line dancing, even swing!

Before/After Care, what do they do?

Lots! We have foosball, ping pong, air hockey, lots of activities for them. Puzzles, drawing, board games too. We have a Disco Room they can dance in. A movie room to watch videos. And they are always supervised.
